Pillay Auction House Sdn Bhd was formerly known as Pillay Management Services which was established on August 2003 and subsequently incorporated to Pillay Auction House Sdn Bhd on 22nd October 2008.

Our purpose is to bring people and property together. We pride ourselves on our care relating to the practice of Foreclosures, Writ of Seizure and Sales and Distress. We understand that successful auctions are the results of carefully planned events and in fulfilling all marketing functions.

The company conducts a number of auctions for several of the local Banks with a high success rate. We also conduct a number of auctions for Kuala Lumpur High Court , Shah Alam High Court and Johor Bahru High Court. Apart from this the company has conducted auctions for Land Office in Wilayah Persekutuan, State of Selangor and State of Johor. The company has also conducted auctions for the Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur with regards to the seizure of movable and immoveable properties.

We proud to say with the trusted and valuable support of our clients combined with our biggest assets which is our network of property investors we have to date conducted many successful and satisfying auctions to both clients-bidders and banks.
